Application Requirements and Renting Process
- $40/adult (18 or older)- anyone potentially living in the apartment must fill out their own application
- Credit: 600 or above
- Bankruptcy 3+ years
- Possible co-signer approval in that 570-600 range
- Co-signer would also have to fill out application and be on the lease as well
- Criminal:
The criminal charges listed below are subject to approval after the allocated time has passed. Frequency and quantity of criminal charges on a person’s background will also be taken into consideration.
- Shoplifting 5+ years
- All felonies 7+ years
- Misdemeanors related to violent, theft, drugs other than marijuana 5+ years

Process to Rent and timelines/costs included:
- Application: $40/adult (due when application is submitted)
- Deposit: 1 months’ rent (due upon application approval)
