- $40/adult (18 or older)- anyone potentially living in the apartment must fill out their own application
- Credit: 600 or above
- Bankruptcy 3+ years
- Possible co-signer approval in that 570-600 range
- Co-signer would also have to fill out application and be on the lease as well
- Criminal:
- Shoplifting 5+ years
- All felonies 7+ years
- Misdemeanors related to violent, theft, drugs other than marijuana 5+ years
- Automatic Declines:
- Crimes against Children
- Sex related Crimes involving Assault & any Registration Requirement)
- Drugs other than Marijuana 10+ years
- Nonviolent/Nonsexual Felonies 7+ years
- Violence Related Misdemeanors 7+ years

- 2.5x rent amount (based off household gross income)

- Landlord name and rental company
- Email and/or phone number
- Address
- Duration of lease
- Copy of resident ledger from current rental company
- If you currently do not rent, do not worry about the ledger section but still enter in the address you are residing in
- If information on application cannot be verified or proven, this can be a reason for denial
- Application: $40/adult (due when application is submitted)
- Deposit: 1 months’ rent (due upon application approval)
